    The Monitor was put into service by the founder of Starplasm Corporations to oversee operations no humans should know about. These "operations" were usually morally wrong or could not be preformed by a human. Various tasks of The Monitor included assassination, forced removal of civilizations, and ordering lower ranking humans into doing dangerous tasks. After Starplasm's founder died, The Monitor took over at the founder's request. Now The Monitor runs the company with absolute loyalty and absolute power. His puppets spread far and wide over Starplasm, and the civilizations of Aero.
